Serves: 4




  • 100g cooked JA Rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 40g brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp pounded black sesame seeds



  1. Put rice, milk and brown sugar in a pot and heat until rice becomes soft.

  2. When the mixture prepared in Step 1 cools down, transfer to a blending machine and blend until smooth.

  3. Add black sesame seeds to the mixture prepared in Step 2 and blend well, then transfer to a metal bowl and refrigerate.
    During refrigeration, mix it occasionally to introduce air into the mixture.
