- 100g cooked JA Rice
- 1 cup milk
- 40g brown sugar
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp pounded black sesame seeds
- Put rice, milk and brown sugar in a pot and heat until rice becomes soft.
- When the mixture prepared in Step 1 cools down, transfer to a blending machine and blend until smooth.
- Add black sesame seeds to the mixture prepared in Step 2 and blend well, then transfer to a metal bowl and refrigerate.
During refrigeration, mix it occasionally to introduce air into the mixture.
