- 200g cooked JA Rice
- 100g pancake mix
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 8 candied chestnut, chopped roughly
- Desired amount of vegetable oil
- 100g cooked adzuki beans (red beans)
- In a bowl, combine pancake mix, milk and egg then beat with a whisk.
- Stir in rice and chestnuts
- Heat frying pan and grease with vegetable oil. Then pour the mixture prepared in Step 2 into a frying pan and bake both sides on medium heat in round shape.
- serve on a plate with adzuki beans.
