Serves: 4

 

 

Ingredients

  • 200g cooked JA Rice
  • 100g pancake mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 8 candied chestnut, chopped roughly
  • Desired amount of vegetable oil
  • 100g cooked adzuki beans (red beans)    

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, milk and egg then beat with a whisk.

  2. Stir in rice and chestnuts

  3. Heat frying pan and grease with vegetable oil. Then pour the mixture prepared in Step 2 into a frying pan and bake both sides on medium heat in round shape.

  4. serve on a plate with adzuki beans.
