Serves: 4




  • 250g rice gruel
  • 1 cup Vanilla ice cream, leave it in room temperature to soften it
  • 190g cooked adzuki beans (red beans)
  • 8 strawberries, remove stems and cut into quarters



  1. Blend rice gruel, ice cream and adzuki beans and transfer to a square metal pan. Cool the mixture in a refrigerator to harden it.

  2. Mix occasionally.

  3. Serve in a bowl and decorate with strawberries.
