- 250g rice gruel
- 1 cup Vanilla ice cream, leave it in room temperature to soften it
- 190g cooked adzuki beans (red beans)
- 8 strawberries, remove stems and cut into quarters
- Blend rice gruel, ice cream and adzuki beans and transfer to a square metal pan. Cool the mixture in a refrigerator to harden it.
- Mix occasionally.
- Serve in a bowl and decorate with strawberries.
