Serves: 4-6




  • 3 cups Dimes tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 glass water
  • Pinch of salt



  1. Melt the butter and fry well with flour.

  2. Add Dimes Pure Tomato Juice, milk and water and stir the mixture until it boils.

  3. Add salt after it boils and cook on a low heat for another 5-10 minutes. It can be served with grated cheddar cheese on top, and with dried or toasted bread if desired.
