Serves: 1       




  • 150g cooked JA Rice
  • 50g daikon radish, cut into thin strips
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 piece lettuce, cut into bite size
  • 1 slice roast ham, sliced into thin strips



  • 1 tbsp mustard with seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of paprika powder



  1. Rub daikon radish with salt and rinse quickly. Then soak in cold water with lettuce to stiffen. Drain well then mix it with ham and add the dressing.

  2. Combine the ingredients in Step 1 with the rice and blend them well.

  3. Serve on a plate and sprinkle paprika powder if desired.
