  • 2 cups cooked Royal Umbrella Thai Hom Mali Rice
  • 1 egg



  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil (enough for deep frying)
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce



  1. Mix and knead well two cups cooked rice, one fresh egg and a pinch of salt.

  2. Make small round patties and deep-fry them in hot oil. Remove off the pan when cooked and use absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

  3. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
